The Bank of England base rate is currently 0.1%. This rate is set periodically by the Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee. Any changes to base rate will be applied to customer’s accounts within 31 days of the end of the month in which a base rate change occurs, subject to the minimum rate stipulated in the mortgage offer.
